Refund and Revision Policy

At AssignZon, we are committed to delivering high-quality academic assistance on time and as per your requirements. We strive for complete customer satisfaction, but in rare cases where issues arise, we offer a structured refund and revision policy.
Refund Policy
We provide refunds under specific circumstances, as outlined below:
1. No Delivery / Partial Delivery / Order Cancellation
- No Writer Assigned Yet: If no writer has been assigned to your order, you are eligible for a 100% refund. We will notify you promptly in such cases.
- Order Cancellation:
- If a writer has been assigned and less than half of the deadline has passed, you may receive a 75% refund, covering our operational costs.
- If more than half of the deadline has passed, cancellation is not eligible for a refund.
2. Late Delivery
- If your assignment is not delivered on time due to the writer’s illness or an emergency, and you have not received any part of the work, you may request a refund.
- However, if the work has already been delivered, no refund will be issued.
- No refund will be granted if the delay is due to late submission of required materials by the student/client.
3. Work Not as Described
- Initial drafts are provided for review and further development based on customer feedback.
- If the delivered work does not meet the agreed-upon requirements, you can request revisions (see Revision Policy below).
4. Plagiarism Policy
- If you believe the delivered work is plagiarized, you must submit a verifiable plagiarism report from a third-party tool (such as Turnitin) within 72 hours of receiving the assignment.
- If plagiarism is proven, a full refund will be issued.
Cases Where Refunds Are Not Applicable
- Low Grades: We do not guarantee grades, as assignments serve as reference materials.
- Deadline Changes: If you change the deadline after placing the order, refund policies related to late delivery will not apply.
- Editing, Proofreading, and Formatting Orders: These services do not involve content creation, and refunds will not be provided for subjective differences in expectations.
- Failure to Follow the Refund Request Process: If you do not submit a valid claim following the guidelines below, we cannot process your refund request.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, follow these steps:
- Submit a Claim via connect with the mail given on our website.
- Attach Supporting Documents, such as a plagiarism report or proof of unmet requirements.
- Allow 3 Working Days for us to evaluate and communicate our decision.
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 7 working days.
Revision Policy
We offer free revisions to ensure your complete satisfaction. You can request unlimited revisions until your initial requirements are met. However, revisions must adhere to these conditions:
- Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the initial draft.
- Revisions should align with the original instructions. Any additional changes beyond the initial requirements may incur extra charges.
- Turnaround time for revisions depends on complexity, but we strive to complete them within 24–48 hours.
